1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Livestock Lift mobile applications, websites, or related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

• "Cattleman" — a user who posts livestock hauling loads and requests transportation.
• "Hauler" — a user who offers transportation services and submits bids on loads.
• "Load" — a livestock transportation job posted on the Platform.
• "Bid" — an offer by a Hauler to transport a Load for a stated flat total price.

3. The Platform Is a Marketplace

Livestock Lift is a neutral technology platform that connects Cattlemen and Haulers. We are not a carrier, broker, freight forwarder, or transportation provider, and we do not own, operate, or control any vehicles. Any transportation contract is solely between the Cattleman and the Hauler.

4. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Hauler Obligations & Verification

Haulers represent and warrant that they will hold and maintain all licenses, permits, and operating authority required by law (including, where applicable, USDOT and/or MC numbers); maintain valid insurance; comply with all laws governing the transportation and humane handling of livestock; and provide truthful verification documents. Submission of documents does not guarantee approval.

6. Cattleman Obligations

Cattlemen represent and warrant that they will accurately describe each Load, have the legal right to arrange transport, and ensure animals are fit for transport with all required documentation.

7. Bids, Bookings & Pricing

• A Bid amount is the flat total price for transporting the entire Load. It is not multiplied by head count or distance.
• When a Cattleman accepts a Bid, a binding transportation agreement is formed between that Cattleman and Hauler.
• Prices, fees, and any applicable taxes are shown before confirmation.

8. Payments & Fees

Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor ([PAYMENT PROCESSOR]). We may charge service fees as disclosed in the Platform. [DESCRIBE FEE STRUCTURE.] You authorize us and our processor to charge your selected payment method for amounts you owe.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

10. Text Messaging

If you opt in to text messages, your participation is also governed by our Messaging Terms. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to violate any law; transport livestock without required documentation or authority; misrepresent your identity, credentials, or a Load; circumvent the Platform to avoid fees; harass or defraud other Users; or interfere with the Platform's security or operation.

12. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any User will perform as expected.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Livestock Lift, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR LIVESTOCK LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. [INSERT LIABILITY CAP.]

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Livestock Lift, LLC from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms or any law.
